This day in open Court this cause was called for trial, and both parties appeared and announced ready for trial, and defendant waived a jury; thereupon the Complaint was read to the defendant, and pleaded guilty to the accusation therein contained; and the Court having heard the evidence, it is considered and adjudged by the Court that said defendant is guilty of the offense of and assesses punishment therefore at a fine of Dollars.
It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that the State of Texas do have and recover of the defendant the said sum of Dollars Fine, and all the costs of this prosecution, and that the defendant remain in custody of the Sheriff of County, Texas, until said fine and costs are fully paid; and further that Capias Pro Fine and Execution issue to collect the same.
